Upcycled boat&tote canvas bag, printed with illustrations by Tom Seidmann-Freud, a 20th century Jewish/Ivri writer, artist, and illustrator (and nibling of Dr Sigmund Freud), with teapot and lucky clover bag charms on brass rings.
Tom, given the name Martha at birth, changed their name as a teen to Tom, wore masc clothing, and was an all around badass. They lived from 1892 - 1930, first in Vienna, then Berlin, Munich, and London. They founded a publishing house with their husband, and miraculously some of their work survived WWII and was sent to their daughter Aviva, whose family maintains a website of Tom’s work.
